That’s when we decided to work with one of our oldest partners- a real estate consulting firm based out of Delhi NCR.
When it comes to real estate, the customer journey usually differs and is longer than your usual industries. Keeping this in mind, and the rest of the challenges, we went ahead for a meeting and to get a brief. Read on to know what exactly happened.

Our team got to work.
The first order of business was to identify the target audience and figure out a way to stand out amongst the other real estate consultants in the area. Videos seemed like a good way to do so.
In an industry where visiting your probable home is common, why not experience it online before you step outside during a pandemic?
And that’s what we did. Hopped on the YouTube bandwagon like a boss, and..
- Created a YouTube channel and optimised it using the relevant keywords.
- Gave special attention to detail to the visual aspects, consisting of channel cover, display picture and the ‘About Us’ section.
- Produced detailed home tour videos and optimised them for our YouTube channel.
- And repeated the process over and over again with newer strategies at every stage. 🔄
